For long time players, it's clear that Inno fixes bugs that are actually bugs. To eliminate the abuse, Inno established the 2:1 - 1:2 limits. There was a time when there were no limits to trading. One that would be that much less likely to continue to spend money. When it first came out if you'd paid cash to get diamonds and bought the prints and the goods that way, built the traz and at any point after that had no completed barracks in your city and couldn't collect I'd wager you'd have a pretty unhappy gamer. It occurs to me there's quite likely a very simple explanation for why the Traz works from any barracks in your city. It sure seems because you say it's a bug so it is a bug which seems to be the entirety of your argument for position. Feel free to add in whatever speculation on their reasoning here you like because unless they explain it then the only thing we have is speculation. Or maybe it was to encourage you to join a guild. Or maybe the initial number of goods needed at the start of the game didn't need the ability to trade large amounts of goods in one swoop. Or maybe when Foe began they wanted to keep it as simple as possible for budget reasons since they actually had to pay the coders before they made any money. Or maybe the lead coder lost or won a bet. Maybe they were just too lazy to come up with a more complex system. Or maybe they wanted a simple rule for trades and 2 to 1 is pretty simple and easy to understand. My guess would simply be that it's meant as one method to prevent easy swaps between multiple accounts. You want to know why Foe made it 2 to 1 ask someone from Foe maybe they'll explain it.
